it could be down to your spark plug leads take the leads out one by one and get somebody to hold the lead to the engine [to earth it] NOT WITH YOUR HAND with something thats not conductive like something plastic then try starting the engine to see if a spark jumps from the lead and repeat this please dont do this with your hand its very dangerous enouf voltage to knock you out!
As with any no-start issue, you will need to figure out if you have a problem with fuel pressure to the injectors, or spark to the plugs. I would also check the computer for trouble codes. Let me know what you find out.
security system does not disable the starter, it only disables fuel to the
engine. In the fuse block under the hood, locate the STARTER relay. Place your
hand on this relay and see if it clicks while someone else turns the key to
start...if the relay is ok then the starter itself is faulty. Good luck, i hope this helps.
Check the starter and the starter relay or fuse. A client of mines car was doing the same thing, it ended up being two issues, the starter not working anymore, and a relay that was bad. If I am not mistaken everything should be labeled in the fuse box under the hood and will tell you where the fuse/ relay is for your vehicle
don't rule out getting a bad replacement fuel pump. it sucks but it has happened to me twice. verify you still have a fuel problem by getting a can of starting fluid and open the air box, have someone spray into the side going to the engine while you are trying to start the engine. it should fire if the fuel pump is the problem. good luck
