Hyundai scoupe 1992

My car has broken down, the problem seems to be that the car isn't creating any spark. I've checked all the spark plugs, changed the ignition coil, removed the imobiliser and still there i no spark. I think that it coulod be a problem with the distributer do you have any ideas.

same problem down here. my hyundai scoupe has just been overhauled. after successfully mounted everything including elecrical connection. we decided to leave the transmission unmounted and just temporarily put the starter to the mounting plate to help us give a crank. we fired a start but there were no electrical sign on the ignition wires, we've tested it several times and checked the connection properly but we still have the same problem. anyone who has been into this kind of problem. please help.

Maybe a ground wire came off or lose or just not making a connection?

did your car is Hyundai scoupe 1992 ?????
if that...... check the CKP sensor in the distributer ....
or there is a flute in the ECU (engine control unit ) inside the car..

When is the last time a tune up was performed on the car, consisting of at least new spark plugs and spark plug wires? Have you checked for any vacuum leaks? It sound like you either have a vacuum leak or an ignition misfire.

ECU of my Hyundai Scoupe 1994 2 doors cannot trigger the sequence of the fuel injectors to supply gas or petrol into the combustion chambers but spark is available to the spark plugs! can you help me solve...

The ECU requires timing pulses from the crankshaft and camshaft sensors in order to generate the injector pulses. All other sensors just modify the pulse width of the injectors to adjust for power and economy. If the ignition is entirely controlled from a distributor, the two above sensors would not affect the spark. Hope this helps!

My 1992 hyundai sports coupe seems to be

HI. Two issues here. The first will be with your fuel pressure regulator. this device can fail, mechanically, thus, causing an inappropriate amount of fuel to be introduced into the system. this will cause flooding, due to a ruptured diaphragm. I recommend to have this device inspected for damage.

The second issue will deal with a failed injector(s). Injectors can fail In this way, as well. This device can become filled will debris, thus, causing the mechanism to not close completely. This will cause flooding, in this case. replace any injector that is damaged in this way(stuck open).

The check engine light is on in my 93 hyundai

You may have a bad computer (this happens sometimes) from whomever you bought it from. It may just need a reflash (Usually companies will do this for free) or just exchanged.

I have a 1992 hyundai Scoupe (this car wasn't on the list) with a 1.5L I was driving down the road check engine flashed on engine quit running I waited 15 sec. car stared drove about 1 mile same thing...

You'll have to get rid of that check engine light as it indicates a malfunctioning part. Whether you like it or not you'll have to take it to a shop to do a diagnostic check on it. Check the fuel filter or a relay that's associated with the fuel system. It seems to cut out when it gets hot, check to see if there are any relays in the fuel system.
