Right and left tail lights should be fed from the same fuse. If your tail light isn't lighting, does the brake or signal light on the right side? If it does, check your bulb socket (assuming you already checked the bulb itself and are sure it's good). If nothing works on the right side, check for voltage at the socket housing a known goodground other than the one provided at the socket. If you get voltage testing in this way, check the ground at the socket to a known good ground for continuity; the ground is bad. If you aren't getting voltage, you will need to go through the wiring and look for breaks/open wires.
You do not have a separate fuse for each side, if the left side works, replace the bulb in the right side that isn't working.
