My problem is as described... which the exception, I own a 2004 GMC Seirra 2500HD, when I signal left, often (not all the time) all my flashers come on. I have checked the bulbs and they are fine. My next area will be to replace the relay.

I think this may be the same problem these trucks have had for years take the taillight apart and check the circuts that go from the wireing to the bulbs dont know if this will help you also you can check the plug at the taillight to see if there is power there with the blinker on

Are you sure the right side bulbs all flash? You say you replaced all the bulbs? Why would you replace bulbs that were working? Did you have this problem before you replaced the bulbs, or after. The hazard flasher is down under the dash, left side, turn the signals on and follow the clicking noise. The hazard flasher and the turn signal flasher should be near each other, and are interchangeable. If it clicks fast, a bulb or a bad socket is usually the cause. These trucks have a lot of problems with the tail light circuit boards.

No signal at the plug or in the wires on the truck

Could be a problem in the flasher unit. Or could be a problem with the turn signal switch. Cheapest would be to replace the turn signal unit or relay.

Gmc sierra turn flasher location

The flasher on this vehicle looks nothing like the flasher's of yesteryear. It will be located behind the drivers side knee bolster(under the steering wheel). It will be a small black box that is about 3 inches wide, 2 inches deep, and 1 inch thick. It may be somewhat difficult to locate because on some of the GM trucks they actually hide it behind the guage cluster bezel but to the left of the guages. Let me know if I can help you any further.
