We have no wiring diagrams here at fixya due to copyrighted material. You can however buy a used factory OEM manual at this site I have no affiliation with this site just passing on the info.
This is a tough one, if a horn itself was shorted, it wouldn't sound.Try unhooking both horns, and try to activate it from the steering wheel. If the brake light´s fuse still burns, at least you know that there is a short in the cabling leading to the horns. If the fuse doesn't trip, then one of the horns should be the culprit.
