Replace spark plug's

Things you will need
Spark Plug Socket And Wrench of the correct size for your spark plugs

Basic Instructions.
Step 1
Locate your spark plugs
look for other obstructions besides your spark plug wires
if you have any other obstructions you will need to remove them as well to gain access to your spark plugs.
Step 2
Remove the spark plug wire for one single spark plug at a time.
this will insure you will not replace the wrond spark plug wire to the incorrect spark plug,
if not done this way you could change the firing order of your engine.
Step 3
With your spark plug Socket and wrench rotate the spark plug in a counter clock wise direction for removing.
Step 4
After you have removed your spark plug insert your new replacement spark Plug into your spark plug socket before inserting it into the correct location. spark plug sockets are made to hold on to the spark plug for easy removal and install.
Step 5
insert your new spark plug,
before you rotate your spark plug for tightening rotate the spark plug a 1 quarter turn in the counter clock wise direction, then start tightening the spark plug by rotating it in a clockwise direction
This will insure you will not strip the threads.
Step 6
Continue rotation your spark plug in the clock wise direction untill snug, then with just a lil more pressure tighten it up just a little more.
be sure to not put to much force on the spark plug after it has been snug, you just have to apply a little more pressure but not to much that could cause it to break.
Step 7
After tightening the spark plug replace the correct spark plug wire.
then move on to the next spark plug and follow the same instructions.

if you have any other visiable obstructions preventing you access for replacing your spark plugs you will need instructions on how to remove them parts. i have just instructed you on how to remove and reinstall the spark plugs only.

Choke seems to be on... runs very rough....

There are several ways to do it
a. Check carburetor if not clean pump it on the intake if that not solve try to clean it. with Lacquer thinner to dissolve the dirt.
b. Check spark plug if some are not working. In checking try to pull one by one the high tension wire and listen if the sound vary if the sound remain when pulling one wire mean you have problem with your spark plug. So replace all spark plug with the same spec.
c. or lost compression on cylinder.
d Check if you fuel filter if some dirt and replace it.
e. Clean your air filter with compressor or replace it
f. Check the clearance to the Contact Point it must have 1 mm or .8 mm spacing when not at firing mode ( just like the thin of the hacksaw blade the space of the gap of the contact point.)

Misfiring after replacement of spark plugs and wires

If it wasn't misfiring before. Make sure you have the proper gap on the spark plugs. Make sure you have the wires connected in the correct order. If you have the old wires, you may want to end up trying those one at a time to make sure you don't have a defect wire either.
Thank you,

Replacing rear spark plugs

Hi,

Things You'll Need: Spark plug socket and wrench

Twist and pull the spark plug wire from the leftmost spark plug on the front of the engine. Grasp the spark plug wire by the "boot" or the end of the wire that cups the plug. Avoid pulling on the wire itself.

Place the spark plug socket on the spark plug. Turn the wrench counterclockwise to remove the spark plug. Unscrew the plug until it is fully removed from the engine.

Install the new spark plug by carefully placing it in the hole by hand. Turn the spark plug clockwise, but do so only gently by hand. Ensure that the spark plug screws in gently and naturally. Stop turning it at the first sign of major resistance. Check to make sure that you have not stripped the threads. Move on to the next step only when you're sure that you've positioned the plug at the correct angle and have it threaded most of the way in.

Position the spark plug socket over the spark plug and tighten it with the ratchet. Avoid tightening it too much. It will offer increased resistance for about half a turn as the metal washer on the plug is compressed. Once it is good and snug, stop there.

Replace the wire by handling the boot of the spark plug wire. Listen for a "click" that indicates correct installation.

Use this procedure for the remaining two plugs on the front and the three plugs on the back of the engine. Remove and replace one plug at a time, to ensure that you don't mix up the wires.

Best regards.

NEW PLUGS AND WIRES

The correct arrangement?

I always remove one plug wire, replace that spark plug, and then replace that one spark plug wire. This way I never cross which plug wire to which position.
