Your floats in your carb could be sticking and not letting fuel into the carb. can you hear your fuel pump working and when is the last time your carb was rebuilt/ has the car been sitting?

There telling me the alarm is causeing the fuel to not flow in my buick regal 1992. Whats that mean and how do we fix it?

The anti-theft unit can cause the fuel pump not to activate, or no spark.
Put key in ignition, leave in ON position (do NOT start) for EXACTLY 10 minutes. As SOON as the anti-theft light turns off, then IMMEDIATELY start the car.

2000 Buick Regal won't start. Back window

If you turn your key forward (And make sure the fuel pump kicks on) Cross the starter terminals with a screwdriver. If the car starts like this you have a bad ignition. You can replace the cylinder or the whole column.

Car wont start

Check the piston rings clearance and also check the caliper may sure there is no loose compression.

Fuel pump problem

The vehicle is a 1950? If so it will have a strainer in the tank. You can remove the gas cap, the supply line to the pump and blow compressed air back to the tank. It will blow this strainer off. If you do this then you will need to install an in line filter to catch any trash before the carb. Also sometimes it is hard to get a mechanical pump to pick up fuel after replacement, so it may be necessary to pour a small amount of gas in the carb. Good Luck.

Buick Regal dying

You have a problem in the fuel pump relay circuit for sure then. I'm betting the relay, but it could be that dropping resistor.
