I am sure the people who did the engine unplugged some connections and did not put them back when they finished.Check the wiper connection in plenum chamber and indicator conectors juct behind the front valance. If those are OK then check your fuses.
spark plug cable or the ignition coil ,,,, try the first one. also try filling up 8 oz. of injection fuel cleaner full at your tank (7bucks) and let your car run few minutes. i hope it wasnt your fuel filter (20 bucks)clooge-up neither fuel pump.
i would be looking in the area of the engine control module as it is this component that control this, are you sure the bulb is ok, a vw main dealer can carry out a final controlled diagnoses on the bulb and make it light up, to make sure everything is ok in the dash area, i hope this helps
When you turn left or right sounds like your CV joints on the drive shaft. They may need replacing. Your oil problem could be a faulty oil pressure sensor or a failing oil pump. These need checking out by someone who knows what they are doing. If the oil pump fails, you may end up needing a replacement engine.
do you mean the mil or engine check lamp??? it will have a picture of an engine.. if it is this lamp then it has an engine management fault and will need to be checked on an OBDII scaner.. your vw dealer will be able to help, or most auto-electricians will have this tool...
