Hi. You may wanna try to change the ignition transformer. A good way to troubleshoot is to unplug the cable from the distributor cap end and hold the cable a half inch away from the chassis or the engine head cover and try to strart the engine. If you see a sparl coming from it from the cable, the ignition works. if not, change it. Hope this works for you.

Where can i find the Main relay for 1995 honda civic 1500 carb.

The main relay doesn't affect the distributor, the distributor affects the main relay. No spark won't be caused by the main relay.

I have a 1987 Dodge dakota and can't get any spark?

You need to see if you have voltage at the coil with the key on.
Make sure the check engine light comes on when you turn the key on.
If not, check the ASD relay in the engine compartment.
You will need a book and a meter to test the other components.

You've already eliminated the spark plug & wireset, distributor cap & rotor.
Sounds like your car needs a tune-up, specifically, the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve, and/of the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve.

Components checked/replaced during a tune-up are:
air filter
motor oil
motor oil filter
breather filter
fuel filter(s)
fuel strainer
PCV valve
EGR valve
spark plugs
spark plug wires
ECM or distributor cap & rotor
cabin air filter
transmission oil filter
transmission oil
engine coolant
check all vacuum hoses and lines

Troubleshooting the no-start condition - from the 1990 Mitsu Mighty Max Repair Manual:

Dash door and brake warning lights on; car won'tstart; seems like no gass.

There is an ECM to control the starting and running of the engine but it seldom is the problem.

First you need to isolate if it is mechanical, electrical or fuel that is causing the problem.

Remove the distributor cap and crank the engine, if the rotor turns, we can skip mechanical.

Before checking any electricals, check if there are any blown fuses both under dash and hood.

Check for power supply to distributor Black/Yellow wire with ignition switch on. If there is, pull 1 plug wire out and insert a plug to its end and ground it on the engine, NEVER groud it to the battery terminals.

Crank the engine and if you see blue sparks it is ok, reddish or yellow sparks means the coils is bad.

If no sparks, the ICM is faulty.

Test for power supply to fuel pump at initial ignition switch turned on, (2 seconds only) and while cranking. If none, the main relay is faulty.

Take care

Engine cranks but won't start. Fuel pump isn't turning on the on position and no spark going out of distributor. could it be a wiring problem or is my ecm bad?

Check the fuel pumps operational value and, check the fuel pumps fuse and relay. If the fuel pump check out OK, i would then replace the(ecm).

You want to make sure the fuel pump is functional before you replace the ecm. The distributor ha sa on board CMP(camshaft position sensor), that will shut down the spark and fuel pump if it is malfunctioning.
