No burner fuses. No power at yellow left flasher. Backup lights, running lights & right flasher ok. Various points in harness reveal no power on yellow lead. Truck is fast flashing. Front working, no power flash at taillight or 7pin left side. Help. Annoying.

When using the turn signals it causes the truck to go into flasher mode even though I have not engaged the flashers so it looks like I am using the flashers

The flasher on this vehicle looks nothing like the flasher's of yesteryear. It will be located behind the drivers side knee bolster(under the steering wheel). It will be a small black box that is about 3 inches wide, 2 inches deep, and 1 inch thick. It may be somewhat difficult to locate because on some of the GM trucks they actually hide it behind the guage cluster bezel but to the left of the guages. Let me know if I can help you any further.

I have had some flasher units placed directly behind the glove box. Fold it out and pull the release to completely fold it out and look behind there as well.

The flasher for the signals and the flasher for the hazards should be mounted on the left side of the dash slightly below the headlight switch. They will be most likely round and made of plastic or glass. Turn on the 4 way flashers and follow the noise. The signal flasher will be close to the 4 way flasher and look similar

I've looked at your answers to my question but i am getting conflicting answers...where exactly is the turn signal flasher located on a 2001 Kia Spectra GS?

If it is the flasher module you are looking for it is found on the underside left hand part of dash! What is the problem? The Kia models had a recall for the flasher switch being faulty! This was on 1998 models but I have heard similar problems on 2001/2002 models!

96 gmc sanoma, can not locate turn signal flasher under dash.

Flasher units are always in one of 2 places, under glove box on pass side or in loom under steering wheel close to fuse panel.

On Sonoma it is under the lower dash panel, just to the left of the cigarette lighter. To get to it you must remove the ashtray. Then remove screws holding the plastic panel that is below the dashboard. You will see two round "can " shaped flasher units. The one on the right is for the signal lights. The one on the left is for the emergency flashers.

1 hex nut under ashtray and 2 torx to left of that. No need to completely remove the lower dash panel you took the screws out of. Just bend it down a little to get your hand in. You will see the 2 flasher pods.

Neither left or right turn signal works on my 1990 GMC Sierra. Brake lights do work. Can you make a recommendation?

Have you tried replacing the turn signal flasher? This is usually a small metal can a bit more than one inch in diameter and one inch tall, located with the fuses. It plugs straight in. You can buy them at any auto parts store. I think on this truck it is located under the dash on the driver's side, in front of the door.

Where is the location of the turn signal flasher?

I have a 94 Sonoma and to locate the turn signal flasher, inside, under dash, on left side is a plastic sound protector, mine had 3 screws holding it up, drop this down and straight in you will see a 1" round thing - this is the flasher.

There are 2 Flasher Relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Both flasher relays are located on the driver's side, under the dash, mounted in the fuse panel. Make sure you replace the correct one.

WHERE ARE THE FLASHING LIGHTS FUSES OR SIGNAL LIGHTS IN THE DIAGR

From my Haynes repair manual "the turn signal/hazard flasher is located on the backside of the left instrument panel fuse/relay box"
in the picture they have removed the drivers side knee bolster (if you remove it, the module is in the window, you'll see,) and it is a square looking black module, (not the old silver round type,) plugged into the back of the fusebox. It is above and to the left of the brake release lever.
Just reach up under the dash and pull it out.
