Question about 2004 Honda Odyssey

1 Answer

Air conditioning I discovered the air condtionning is always "on" even if the A/C button says "off" there is no way I can stop it unless I turn the fan off. The dealer agrees there is a malfunction here but, so far, hasn't come up with a solution.

If you have it on recirculate mode it will automatically cut a/c compressor on, also will be on in defrost mode.

Kia rio air conditioning light?

The manual instructions are basically:

Turn the fan to 0 (off, far left).
Turn the air control to full defrost (far right).
Press the recirculation button at least 5 times within 3 seconds.

If you've done it right, the recirculation button light will flash a few times at about 1/2 second intervals.

I've tried it on mine and this works.
