You are best to take it to a shop that does a/c work to have them evacuate and vacume the system to remove all the air out of the system then recharge it.as moisture will cause problems in the system.also the R134 freon that the system uses is far more dangerous to humans than R12 and can cause serious health problems with little inhalation of the gas.

What size belt do i need to bypass ac compressor o a 99 chrysler town & country?

I wouldn't because you need the defrost to work while in Rain with windows up or in the winter. Good luck with finding measurement for mini-van. Not many people void them.

What fittings doI need to cap the rear a/c lines going to the rear of the 2006 Town and Country? I have removed the evaporator and want to cap the lines on the van side near the rear wheel.

I had to cut the lines back from the fittings used to connect to the rear evaporator coil. You will find these to be a 3/8" and a 3/4" line. I used stainless steel fittings from my work as I could not find compression fittings at any of the box hardware stores.

Town & Country 2007 LX model aircondition not working

It does have air conditioning installed. It may also have rear a/c. The rear a/c evaporator is probably leaking freon. I have replaced many rear evaporators on 2006 and 2007 Chrysler minivans as a result of a design change in 2006. Recharge the a/c and add dye to the system. If it has rear air, look behind the right rear wheel in the fender area under the car where the a/c lines go into the body.

Changing headlights on 2006 Town & Country mini van

You can go to any store that has a automotive section and tell them the make and model of your vehicle and they will help you find the right bulb. It's fast and easy and very cheap.
