Will need to remove door panal and most windows have a rail that they set on...This could be broke or just loose and if it is fine then it could be clips or a pin in window that has broke holding window on track....good luck
I would say your window is off track. You will need to remove the panel to get to it. The screws to the panel are probably in the corners. Take the panel off, should just be 4-5 screws. You will have to remove any plastic and foam inside the door to get to the window. Once removed, you should have access to the window track. If you have a question, let me know. I am here to help. Thanks for choosing FixYa.
sounds like lose track for the window something felll off inside there. Was this bought used and someone broke the window before and lose glass still in the door. They sell the rubber tar speaker mats that silence cars out coats any thing like paper Dyno mats
more likely because the window was frozen you have a brocken gear or belt that is a part of the regulator.if you take the pannel off and operate the motor you should be able to find out and put it back on track.i hope it helped.
