The Haynes Repair Manual found at auto-zone tells you step by step how to replace the bulb. It is very time consuming though.

How do I replace the third led brake light on a 2014 ford escape titanium

If you are going to replace a bulb in your cluster, it is a good idea to replace all of them. Not only will the lights on your Escape be brighter, you decrease the likelihood you will need to change any of the bulbs again in the near future. A burnt out bulb in the taillight cluster of your Escape is an excuse for a police officer to pull you over. Check your bulbs frequently and change burnt bulbs promptly

Do I need to remove the front bumper on my 1992 Cadillac Deville to chang parking light bulbs?

Kind of a silly question, removing a
bumper for a parking lamp

How about getting under it before you came here
& reach up & turn the lamp socket & pull it out &
check the bulb/lamp

Change AC Lights bulb

They are tiny LED lights soldered onto a circuit board. Order the whole AC control panel from Mopar Wholesale.com for $116. Trust me, there are no bulbs that are easily replaceable at all. Even if you soldered new ones on correctly, no one knows the proper voltage of each LED, so mine burnt out IMMEDIATELY after two hours of delicately fixing the thing.

How do I change the light bulb in the steering

Pull the steering wheel buttons straight out of the steering wheel. I used a pick that was shaped like an "L". unplug the the button from the wire on the back of it. There isn't much room to work on it but it can be done. Then take the button appart, and FYI this is not a simple plug a new bulb in project. Find the burnt out bulb and desoder it from the board. Now you have to choose, you can either replace with same filiment type bulb that will burn out again soon or you can try your hand at fitting and sodering an LED in there. It can be done I did it. If you do use an led you need a multi meter to find the electrical current direction. You also must use an resister in line with the LED. You can find these on the web for a dime a dozen, I used 3mm 1500mcd and they came with the resisters (FYI they are too bright, go for a lower mcd like 800-1000). Soder in the light you choose, put back together and replace in the truck and your done. Now show all your friends what you did.

My blinker is blinking about 3x as fast as normal. What does this mean? Is my blinker going out. Bulb need replacing? Faulty fuse?

If it's blinking faster than normal... It means that there's a burnt out bulb somewhere. The module is set to expect a certain amount of resistance from your signal bulbs (brake bulbs if it's on the same bulb) and when one of the bulbs burns out, then the resistance drops and that triggers the rapid flashing. Another trigger can be if you were to install LED lights because the current draw of LED's is so low that the system will still think it's burnt out. You would require a module designed specifically for LED's

HOW MANY BULBS ARE IN THE REAR LIGHTS (SUCH AS FOR PARKING, REVERSE, BRAKE). IF WARNING LIGHT ON PANEL IS ONE, WOULD I SEE A BURNT OUT BULB?

You may or may not see a burnt out bulb. The dash light can also mean there's a current issue (ie none of the bulbs are lighting)

2 reverse bulbs
2 license plate bulbs
2 turn signal bulbs
2 rear sidemarker bulbs (side of your tail light assembly)
2 running light bulbs which are the same as your stop light bulbs in the tail light assembly
1 to 6 high mount stop light bulbs (if they're in the window and varies on models)
1 strip of LED brake lights if you have a spoiler
