Why isnt my1993 ford ranger no spark no fuel

Is there fuel in the tank? Is the fuel pump working? Is the fuel pump fuse blown? No spark: check coil and connections to the coil (pull coil wire, hold it near or against the block/ground while someone else cranks the engine to see if you have spark from coil. Check/replace distributor cap/rotor/stator, check ALL fuses.

While driving audi a4 died an not starting

- Won't start
- Check for spark (no spark on any cylinder)
- Check for rpm signal to ECU with scan tool or vag-com (checks good)
- Check for power and ground at coil packs (no power on red/green wire)
- Check fuse 29 (fuse checks good, but is not energized during cranking)
- Check ECM power relay (is getting power and ground to coil side, and power to source pin. It clicks, but no output to load pin)
- Jump relay (vehicle runs)
- Replace relay.

I have an audi 500sel 93 manual AAH Engine, no fire to the plugs, car refuses to start. checked computer box, 2 crank sensors, modulator, the coils all tested okay and fuel coming to injectors ok. timing...

We will star a list of what is good.and what controls spark
1. crank sensor .you done it
2.ignition control module. located on the center of bulkhead, behind intake air hose
3.coils. you tested it.
4.ECM located under passenger side foot well

ECM no you got fuel,so lets leave it out
cranksensor okay you replaced it
ICM ignition control moduel.
no spark you cover everthing. has to be a loose or no contact connection somewhere, you covered it all.you might want to tap on the ecm., or check the fuse for power to junction the ones in the hood area those can blow and not give power to ignition system

1993 Ford F-750. 7.0 fuel inj. PFI type. No start, has good inj. pulse, psi good etc. No spark, reman. dist.,coil and firewall ign. module has been replaced. Both modules tested ok. Wiring-Help!!! ...

Hi, I do not have wiring diagrams for the F-750, but I'm assuming the ignition systems are similar for all trhe F series trucks. Are you getting battery voltage to the coil when the key is in run and start? If not, first verify the fuse is good. If there is a noise capacitor on the positive coil wire, remove it temporarily while troubleshooting. If that cap is causing low voltage to the coil, replace it. If you still cannot get power to the coil, the problem may be the ignition switch. If you have power to the positive coil terminal, pull the coil wire out of the distributor and lay it on the engine where it has about a quarter inch gap to engine ground. Turn the key on and momentarily jump a ground wire to the negative coil terminal to see if it will release a spark. If the coil will release a spark this way, the problem is back in the distributor. Was everything in there replaced? Please let me know if you have questions.

No spark from jeep 4.0 ignition coil put new engine in got power to coil but no ground

If its the french ignition sys I t is a common problem,II would tap into the black wire and ground it a known good ground,if it fires up,make a good ground and cut the wire going to the vehicle as not to backfeed, more than likely the ECU has a problem because thats where the ground signal comes from,as far as I know this works from late 80s to mid 90s.hope this helps let me know if you need more info DB

Audi 100s 1993 cranks doesn,t start, turns over no start. when it starts runs rough and stalls.

could very well be a faulty sensor, leaky vaccum hose, bad coil packs, needing of new fuel filter, spark plugs, wires.

Have you checked your fuel pressure to make sure it is good. You can do this with fuel pressure tester on the fuel rail.

Also check every cylinder for spark
If you don't have any spark, or very weak spark, you could have bad coil pack, module, or crank sensor.

You can remove one plug at a time, and place it back on plug wire, place it on top of engine block, have someone else turn motor over well you observe to see if there is spark.

Do you have a service or check engine light on? If so, I would have the engine codes read to pinpoint exact problem area.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further help

Where is fuse box inside car?

Have you looked behind the glove box or in the diver or passenger side foot wells at the bottom of the A PILLAR where the dash panel meets the carpet.
