Most fog light systems are in sealed enclosures.they do this to keep out water because they are so low to the ground. so your not going to be able to put new bulbs in. you are most likely going to have to buy new enclosures from a dealership or other company.

The fog lights on most vehicles sit directly underneath the headlight bulbs. The ballast and wiring work just like the headlights, so changing them takes not much time. The procedure to change the fog light is as follows:--1) Open the hood and reach down underneath the headlights to unplug the electrical plug from the fog light assembly. Squeeze the top of the release tab and pull the connection off the bulb's ballast.2)Turn the fog light counterclockwise to remove it from the fog light housing.3)Install the new fog light bulb. Then connect electrical plugs properly.4) Test the fog lights by turning it ON.Thanks. you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.
the wattage will be on the lamp somewhere normally stamped on the ring under the glass - the voltage will be 12v - I like to use 120 watt driving lights - but fog tend to be lower and depending on the lamp - either the lens or the bulb is yellow - if they are cibe lamps or similar they shouldn't be to hard to find -
Look up into the bumper and see if you can access the fog light. The bulb should just twist out of the back. If not, the assembly should either pop forward or back to come out. I've heard though, that many santa fe's require the removal of the entire front bumper fascia just to get to the bulbs in which case you'd have to remove your headlights to get to the screws holding the bumper fascia on
Are there bulbs in the bottom two and is there a hole cut out for sockets in the bottom?
I know some cars have more than one set of lights, as they are made universal for all over the world. Example, Santa Fe has lower fog lights in the bumper, but these are duds in North America as it's just a housing. In UK these lights actually have holds cut into them with sockets, bulbs and wiring.
Open the engine hood and you'll see there is a plastic housing holding the head light ans side light to the frame. There are two wing nuts and one wing bolt holding it all together. Remove those and pull the headlight and side light housings out from the frame. You'll be able to access all of the lights now.
if you look directly under the bumper just under the fog light you will see a bracket that holds a 13 mm bolt. undo that and pop the light out from the front of the bumper and replace the bulb. install is the reverse
