    do not go to auto zone the parts there are refurbished there customer service sucks and the always i mean always give you the wrong parts even though there cheaper but that what you pay for when its been used and they had it fixed your better off going to a oreilleys or napa.

Try changing your PCV valve. Go to your nearest parts store and they will show you where it's located. If you have an autozone near by they will give you a free printout with a diagram.

Because the crank case is building up pressure and blowing
your oil out, have your crank case pcv valve checked.

Too much crank case pressure, Cause:- blocked crank case breather, worn piston rings gases passing into engine causing excessive pressure. Remedies:- engine rebuild/ replace unit

hi check the pcv on valve cover to intake manifold and crank case ventilation hose to the intake air box when clogged with carbon negetive pressure stored up in crank case and blows up weaker oil seals. clean all vent hoses around engine block. and problem is solved

you might want to keep an eye on the oil pressure 30 to40 lbs is ok at idle but i like to see 60 or more the problem with antifreeze in the crank case is it will wipe the babit from the barrings if
it has gone that far. meaning did he run the truck with the antifreeze in the crank case and if so
its not a really good idea. ive seen worse. just keep an eye on the pressure that will tell the hole story other than that you shooed have no problems at all

by the way babit is a thin layer that's put on the barring because it is very slippery with oil

Too much crank case pressure


to much crankpressure can be caused by a couple of things....a clogged PCV valve(cheapest) or compression blow-by at the piston rings ( most expensive) you need to have a cylinder leak down test performed...that will tell you where the problem is
