It's not super easy, but here's what you need to do. Remove the distributor cap so it will not hit the firewall during the process. Remove the bolt on both sides that hold the motor mount to the brackets on the engine. Remove the bolt for the transmission mount. Remove the bolts that bolt the exhaust manifolds to the rest of the exhaust and let exhaust hang loose. Use one block of wood on a jack on the front of the transmission pan (large piece of wood maybe a 2" thick with 4"x4" square), not much jacking needed here. Then get another jack and small piece of wood (2x2 should work fine) and carefully jack on the harmonic balancer. You're going to probably have to jack up about 4" or more to raise from the mounts. Every couple of pumps, raise the transmission jack slightly so it doesn't put it in a bind. When it's up enough unbolt the mounts and reinstall in reverse of these steps. Good luck.
