I recently posted a problem about an igniter on an 88 4runner. I got an email from rakrianni???? advertising some outfit I never heard of. If I wanted to take it to a shop and pay an ungodley amount of money for something that I am perfectly capable of doing myself, it would have already been done. I want the diagnstic procedure to fix it My self. Please don't send me this garbage. If you can't send me something constuctive, kep your mouth shut, because all you are doing is WASTING my time and yours.

Need a manual for Zareba Solid State Electric Fence Controller Blitzer 8555-B Zareba A20 20 Miles of Fence

I don't find the particular manual online. That said, here are some avenues to try for the manual: https://www.zarebasystems.com/support

Perhaps less practical would be to spend over $60 for a similar device and manual: https://troutunderground.com/Fencing-Zareba-Blitzer/

General advice might be derived from: https://pel.co.nz/sites/default/files/PEL%20Electric%20Fencing%20Manual.pdf

But given the quality of advice I have come up with so far, perhaps a County Extension Agent might be aware of someone utilizing similar equipment of your specifications. Sometimes finding the answer comes down to figuring out who else would have to know! Such as a major electric fence distributor, like CoastalCountry. With patience, one might find an ebay listing but from my cursory look, a unit and manual sold in Germany and one in Australia some time ago. And I don't know your location, at any rate. Your brand is one of the top five. Here is an advertisement from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0079GH4ZW?SubscriptionId=AKIAIBX4MGJBG42TO3NQ

Sorry, there might be a forum for those with the livestock you have which might be a place to post a query. But the outfit itself mention at the beginning is likely to be the most knowlegeable. All of my alternatives may waste too much of your valuable time.

When i start the vehicle and release the key, the starter hesitates to disengage and momentarily keeps on turning over.

you have a ignition switch problem. when you start the car,and release the key in the "start" position, the switch does not kick back, as it should. you have an ignition switch going bad. nothing to play with,as it may cause fire in the steering column. suggest you call the dealer as this may be a recall, and you did not receive the recall notice due to recent move,or mail issues.my neice has one too,her husband works for local law enforcement.please,if you find any default or recall, post it to fixya.com but i personally have NOT heard of any such recalls. thank you for choosing fixya.com

Key will not turn in ignition switch at times. ignition switch locked up.

Try spraying some WD40 or penetrating oil into the key hole.. Push the key in and out several times but dont turn the ignition yet..
Repete several times - then try to turn it..
Sometimes the tumblers get dirty and stick in there..
If this does not solve the problem - the ignition switch will need to be replaced..

When the ignition key is turned a clicking noise is heard.

Sounds like a bad ground. If the battery voltage does not drop when the starter is engaged, the starter is not getting the juice. Check the ground connection again. 90%
