Sounds like you got a broken wire in there need to take to qualified auto electrician and let him trace it

SOURCE: tail lights don t work
Remove the headlamp switch. Check power at the brown wire. If you have power then the problem is after the switch. If you don't have power with the headlamps on then recheck the fuses.
