Sounds like no battery power to me too. check batter condition and all related cables.

I think that you'll be wise to get the battery checked before you do anything else...Open the hood and check for oxidization on the terminals....that's a whitish deposit around the connections... Fit a new battery or just charge up the one which you have and replace the battery connectors....
