Inspect the coil for cracks or signs of shortage!! Also if there is oil leaking into the distributor, this will cause the coil to burn.

What could cause a 1994 Chevy beretta not to start

a bad engine coolant temperature sensor will cause cold no start conditions.your coolant sensor main sensor during cold start condition because when engine coolant cold PCM will cause rich fuel mixture for cold start up when engine coolant and oxygen sensor warms up cause engine goo in close loop lean mixture.but coolant sensor is the main information sensor if bad it will cause many problems.

A/c blows cold 60% of the time, then starts blowing warm. belts good, switch good .....? 1994 Toyota 4runner 3.0 5-speed 241,000 and still running like a top

The only way to answer that question is to have gauges connected to the A/C system and observe several operational attributes of the A/C system when it quits cooling. I have seen weak compressor clutches just stop working (slipping) then when you shut the engine off and restart it, they start working again (for a while). On Toyota's it is also common for the expansion valves to stick wide open and cause the system to quit cooling. This can sometimes also start working again after shutting the system down and letting it sit for a period of time. This condition can be verified by looking at the pressure readings when it happens. I have seen Radiator and/or A/C condensor fans that work when they want to and not work other times - this will cause the A/C to stop cooling. The engine running a little hot can also be a clue for this if your Camry is equipped with a temperature gauge. Again, one of the the best ways to begin diagnosis for this is to simply observe these things (visually) to get an idea of what is going on.

1994 camry 4cyl. was running great. drove it to work and shut it off, then went to start it back up and it shut right off, wont idle. I can keep it running by keeping my foot on gas and its not running...

have your idle control switch check, easy and inexpensive to replace. The idle control switch is what keep the engine stay idle. also have your throttle body clean by a professional having that many miles, it will give you better gas mileage.

My 1994 toyota camry the starter wont turn over when it gets cold? the starter is good and the battery is good. after a few turns of the keys it will start and after it gets warm i wont have the problem...

My starter tested great in several shops also but a friend of mine said my starter is an original part and would be the "weakest link" in trying to correct the problem of turning over. No one had a solution so I got a new starter and WOW it works perfectly every morning, etc!

4 cyl Engine starts and idles ok...give it throttle and it dies

I need to get a clear mental picture of what exactly is happening.

With this said, you stated that the car "runs fine" until warmed up.

Q: When you start the car when cold it idles fine?
Q: If you allow the car to idle until "fully" warmed does the car stall?
Q: As the car begins to warm up, Does the RPM fluctuate abnormally?
Q: Does the car Only stall when you press on the gas pedal or does it stall just sitting and idling in addition to pressing the gas pedal?
Q: If you can drive it while cold does the car stall during acceleration when warm or only at Stop Signs / Lights?
Q: If you wait 20min or so, can you start the car again?
Q: How many miles are on the car?
