Do you mean warping, as in, not round? If so, here are a few possible reasons and solutions. If the brake caliper is pulsating when you depress the pedal, it could cause warpage of the rotor. Solution - replace caliper and brake pads and have the rotor turned. If one side of the vehicle's brakes, or misc. parts, were recently replaced and not the other, if could cause uneven wear on the rotor. Solution - replace brake pads, and/or matching parts on the old/other side and have the rotor turned. There are several more possibilities but there's a starting point for ya.

2003 Nissan Sentra automatic When hard braking at highway speed, get pulsing vibration - tires/alignment/shocks or sturts

Probably your ABS brakes. Thats how they work, they pulsate so as not to lock up and go into a skid

When brakes are depressed for stopping, Steering wheel vibrates violently, what could be causing this?

Front brake rotor, there wrap which happen from one day to the next, if you just had a brake job done need to take it back, rotor's were not cut right. make sure they check for thickness of rotor's before cutting, if to thin will work for a while and then start to do it again, good luck.

Your front rotor's were no cut right, there wrap so when you brake you feel that out of roundes, take your car back and have them cut the rotor's right, make sure they mic the rotor's to get a mim thickness or rotor will wrap again, if tis thin rotor's will have to be replace.

The right front brake drags and gets hot

When it drags, loosen the bleeder, if it releases, the hose is bad, if it does not release, the caliper is bad.

Ford ranger back brakes locked up? what can cause this?

If NOT PARK BRAKE & / or Cables , THE BRAKE HOSE (RUBBER) from body to Axel can Fail on the INSIDE in a Way that it HOLDS Brake Fluid IN the Rear Axel (LINES) "STEAL" It sounds Strange But in My 30 years I have seen this MOSTLY on Front (Rubber) Hoses But also A Number of times, if you Crack it Loose on the AXEL side (Just After Semi HARD APPLYING of BRAKE) and it Drains Fluid FAST this is your Problem. Only OTHER Item Involved to HOLD BOTH WHEELS is> As I Said the PARK BRAKE MECHANISM & / OR CABLES.

Front brake rotors wont come off when tapping with rubber mallet.

Did you take off the complete brake and caliper system?.  If so wrap a towel around it and gently tap on it with a rubber mallet, careful not to hit the metal with the mallet.  If it is still reluctant to come off, try a little penatrating oil on it.
