Where is the low side on my 1998 chevrolet malibu

in low side looks sorda like a valve stem

First find leak and repair. Then draw vacuum for 30 min. or more, then add freon thru low side port.

on the 2000 malibu the a/c low side service port is located close to the fire wall, go to the passenger side go under the hood follow the fire wall down and you will see the service port, you will need a flash light, and make sure the engine is off before you connect and disconnect

the light is a low level indicator for the coolant tank. If you are not low, it is likely a bad sensor. If the coolant is low then you likely have a leak.

Fuse b in left instument panel fuse block. located at the side of the instrument panel with door open 25 amp fuse.

on my 2000 malibu they are in the under hood fuse box on drivers side. the lighter is one of the mini fuses # 34, hope this helps,

on 2000 malibu there is 1 on each side of dash, and 1 under the hood on drivers side.

drain hose is located on fire wall under hood near windsheild down low loks like a l shape pointed down also water may be getting in on right side below wiper cowl they is a weather stip there they fall off allowing water staright into blower motor.
