Question about 1999 Ford Windstar
It startes to happen that the passenger window sticks up....removing the door panel and smacking the motor gets 2-3 weeks of PERFECT service and then I have to repeat the process...I HAVE OILED EVERYTHING but that doesn't seem to be a long lasting solution....is there a "limiting switch" that could be malfunctioning in the up position ? ..the motor zips the window up and down faster than the drivers side so I don't think it's the motor or the well lubricated track
It sounds like the window regulator could be the proble, that is a very common problem with that particular vehice. the window motor will come with the regulator if you choose to by one.
