It sounds like you got a short circuit somewhere, you can try replacing the fuses and see if it happens again.
Your manual should tell you what is on each fuse, just look in the index for fuses.
I would love to have this book but I don't do you have any way for me to get this book
Check with the dealer, they can get you a replacement, regardless you should replace the fuse and see if it works. That big if a fuse is probably the compressor, which would explain the lack of ac.
the deal is the fuse blowed so bad that the fuse block need to be replace. I can't even put a new fuse there. When i pulled the old fuse out the female proung got out with it (welded) I'm scare to just replace the fuse block with a salvage one, test it and the same problem happen again.
Gotcha, since I don't have access to the owners manual I'm gonna back out of this one, if you try calling the dealership, sometimes they will help you out over the phone, don't just ask them to solve the problem but ask specific questions like what other things are on fuse number 15. I still think you have a short in your cooling system electronics, but they can be tough to find. If you don't want to spend much money, try putting in the junk yard fuse box, the short might have been inside the old box, which would explain the melted fuse.
