hotwire the connection to 12 Volts to see if the horn is short or its a lack of power to the horn. commonly the connection in the steering wheel comes loose. you can mount a horn switch to the dash stealing 12 Volts from any source and ground it, be sure to use proper gauges wiring 10 or 12....
unfortunately you need to take it in for service. Only a shop has a scanner to test air bag module and find out what may be wrong. This is a safety thing that you should not ignore.
the bulb is not working because the fuse is probably dead. (check by the drivers leg side for the fuse box). Door locks will not work because the alarm system needs to be repaired, or replaced. I donot know what to do with the cruise control. and your seatbelt sensors need to be replaced.
Sounds like you have a brake lamp switch which is going bad. The brake lamp switch supplies power to the 'shifter release' solenoid. If this switch is malfunctioning, it will not let you take it out of "Park." Simple to replace.
