The air temp control blend door is inop, it may be electric or driven by engine vaccum, but either way this is the problem to fix. I suspect yours is vaccum since more than one function is not working, temp control and air distribution, i.e. floor, defrost and dash vents

Are you sure youhave the correct code? Look in the glove-box. Somewhere, usually on the left side on the bottom there is a small sticker with two sets of numbers. The five numbers standing by themselves are the code for the radio installed by the manufacturer. If you or someone else changed the radio, you may have to contact the radio manufacturer with the serial number of the radio for the correct code.
Has the car been regularly service including changing the engine coolant ?

Was the air conditioning on? Usually water on the floor of the passenger side would mean the AirConditioners drainage hose was either clogged or became disconnected.
