Sounds serious-take it back to the dealer and document in writing what is going on and give your note to the Service Mgr-keep a copy

I suggest trying a diesel additive in your tank if you haven't been using it. It is available at Walmart as I use it all the time. I have 64K miles on my 06 Jetta TDI with not problems. You also could have something in your tank causing the problem. (condensation)

I have a Jetta TDI with no issues either - DO NOT add a diesel additive. It will void whatever warranty you have left. Sometimes a simple fix like a fuel filter can solve the problem. I would avoid adding uncertified and unwarrantied products into your car. Some fuel stations have different types of diesel fuel that may be the issue. Avoid stations that are still using diesel fuel before 2006 standards.
Dealer is best - even if they can't fix the problem. Documentation is key.
