1995 caddy seville ac willl not blow through the dash vents?

Takes awhile sometime for computr to relearn afta disconnect. May hav also shockd older system and it went to default. Switch cuddagot burnt tu. Or blenddoor went out. One way vacuumvalve that operates it may b bad. Titen batt cables again...may b loosen currant

The spring was part of the maufactured original hose for your caddi but if your replacing the hose take the spring out it will work just fine. I have a 1995 caddi n ive already delt with this issue

I am trying to locate the ac blend door actuator on my 2000 cadillac seville sts: AC blows air on the floor only instead of the dash board ac vents. Appreciate any help

have you checked you fuses @ relays? 1 box is under hood drivers side another under dash drivers side?

AC BLOWS COLD OUT OF DEFROSTER NOT THE VENTS

check the vacuum line that comes to the firewall. It should come off the intake manifold and then branch off to the firewall. sometimes they get disconnected or broken.

Bring the vehicle to a repair shop. This could be a dash board nightmare and you have to discon the SRS system before working on the vehicle.
Or its the position switch or its actuators. It a little tricky to remove the switch to see what happens once you do that and jump the terminals. The relay is pretty easy to check out with a voltmeter. Its your call the actuators are a pain to get to.

Fuse has blown in the heater control unit, I had this on my audi last year most likely cause, get youe user manual and loacte the fuse box.

check the vent housing under dash it is vacuum controled most likley you got a line off or broken not allowing door inside to open worse case scenerio the acuator on it has gone out and needs replaced hope this helps
