Fuel injector i turn the car on but it will not turn over. I think it the fuel injector

Most likely its not the fuel injectors, if you here a noise when you attempt to start the car it may be the starter trying to start the engine, if this is the case it is most likely a fuel rail issue or fuel pump the intrepid has always had a poor quality fuel pump which is in tank. if you dont here anything and your horn works and lights and radio then your starter or starter relay or stater solenoid may need to be replaced. if nothing inside works like horn or radio the there may be a ground-strap broken or your battery is dead or the battery cables went bad or broke.

1986 Corolla GT-S Fuel Injectors Not Firing

Here's how to check the injector circuit.
Pull off one injector connector and with a testlight grounded on the engine, turn key to on. Probe the terminals of the injector connector. One of the terminals should have steady power from the ignition being on. If neither terminal turns on the testlight, the injector drive circuit is not working. There may be a fuse for the injectors out. Also check the efi fuse, located I think under the hood. If still no good, you will have to check the circuit from the ignition switch to the injectors.
If you got a steady light from one terminal, the drive circuit is good. Now check the ground circuit: Put the lead of the testlight on the positive battery post, and put the probe of the testlight into the injector terminal that did not light up.Someone will have to crank the car over for you. If the testlight is blinking when the car is being cranked, the injector circuit is working right. The blinking light means the computer is properly grounding the injector circuit to fire the injectors. The ground circuit leads direcdtly from the injectors to the computer. When the computer internally grounds that injector, the injector will pulse, or fire. Good luck, and I hope you find the problem.

88 dodge conquest tsi no start has spark has fuel to the injectors but i dont think its pulsating the injectors fuel up to the injectors but not spitting fuel

you can disconnect 1 of the wiring connectors to the fuel injectors one at a time, and hook up a noid light into the wiring connector, and then turn ignition on, and watch for the noid light to flicker, this will show you that there is electricity going to the fuel injector, if this all checks out, then you can also use a mechanics stethoscope , and place the probe onto each fuel injector with the wiring connected, and then crank the engine, to see if you hear a clicking noise coming from the injectors, the injector that has liitle or no sound is the bad one.

fuel injectors operate on a pulse from the computor. remove the fuel rail and insect the suspect injector 2 things will cause the injector to dump fuel.ethier the injctor has come apart at the end or the ijector is stuck open.hope that helps. you might be able to turn key on with
fuel and elect connentions to see which one is leaking

Cpi unit is not working right what should i do

purchase a "noid" fuel injector tester from an auto parts store; it is a small light attached to a fuel injector plug unplug an injector from the wiring harness and plug in the "noid" to the injector harness connector you just removed; start the engine: if the "noid" flashes when you crank the engine you will know that that fuel injector has power to it, then: use the "noid" to check each injector in turn. if the injectors are good test the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge; low pressure suspect a bad fuel filter.

1989 Chevy S10 Blazer won't start unless I pour fuel in the TBI.

Fuel pressure regulator. It regulates the fuel pressure you receive going to the injectors. All the injectors would not be bad, so you have to take a step back to the next component, which should be the regulator.

Everything turns on and the car will turn over, and over...but does not start. I can smell gas, so I don't think that it is the fuel pump as i had it replaced. Its getting spark.

ir its getting spark and you think its getting fuel the only other things to look for is for fuel injector pulse, that is that the fuel injectors are actually pulsing the fuel into the cylinders. and compression, a compression check will verify the mechanics of the engine are running properly look for a reeding of about 125-150 with the first hit on the gage being over 50psi.

hi, check the connections at the ecm,i think it's under pass front seat,i've had a couple of those years loose injector signal at ecm connector,if you have a test light you can unplug injectors and test across terminals ,it's a 12v signal at inj ,if lights flash on both while cranking try plugging in one at a time and see if either sprays, if one does and not the other, you would have a shorted injector
