The Haynes repair manuals are very good about showing the wiring diagrams for all wired connections. You can go to or contact the dealership and ask if they have one for free. Most wiring diagrams are going to cost if you have lost your owners manual.
If the vehicle will not go into reverse, you are having a transmission issue. Check transmission fluid level and condition. If fluid level is correct but fluid is burnt or watery, immediately have fluid and filter changed but don't expect a miracle... it may or may not fix the issue.

I had same issue. 1994 Cadillac Seville SLS serp diagrams not like my engine. Found that it is the same as 1993 Cadillac STS Northstar! Try that, it worked for me. Good Luck.
