Check the voltage of the battery while you are trying to start the car. I suspect it will fall well below 12 volts. A fully charged battery should read around 12.4 volts. 12 volts tells me it is not fully charged. The rapid clicking noise while you hold the key in the crank position further indicates a weak battery.
It means that the cars Alternator is no longer supplying the correct voltage to keep the battery charged. You need the dealer to check this ASAP or the car will die on you from a flat battery.
just 10 flashes means that the OBD readiness monitors have not all been set.. when the battery was disconnected it reset the monitor status to not ready..
