2000s-10 4.3l temperature control how to make it push warm air when you select warm air only pushes cool air

First let your vehicle warm up to operating temp. At idle usually takes about 30 mins or take a drive for about 5 to 10 mins. With caution check your heater hoses. Should be 2 hoses going into your fire wall. Be careful cause they might be hot. Make sure both hoses are hot by gently touching the hoses. If not thermostat by be stuck open or closed. If they are hot to touch then could be your blend door not opening from your heater core. Now if one hoses is hot and one is cold your heater core could be plugged up. Hope this helps

My 99 mazda protege over heated and sprayed coolant all over, my first thought was leaky hose or blew the radiator, but I waited till day light to see if I could tell where it was coming from and nothing...

There are two fans on many cars, but one is for the radiator cooling fan and the other is an auxiliary fan which is energized when the air-conditioning is turned on. Try turning on your air-con and see if this fan comes on. Pressure test your system. You won't know if you have a coolant leak for certain until this has been performed.

if the ac system is very strong and there a lot moisture in the air the a'c evaporator core will freeze up and stop air flow threw the cold core only use the recuiculation part to cool the car down about 5-10 min the turn the recuit off

Maybe there is a restriction where the r134a refrigerant flows. Or, the refrigerant is low on charge and shuts the compressor off due to this.

Good luck to you.

Cooling fans dont turn on

thats your main radiator fan, meaning if it don't come on then vehicle will get hot. check the fan for operation by letting the vehicle idle for a while, keep check the temp gauge and what for the fan to come on at the half way point.

AC is blowing but no cool air, took it in and

without hooking up a manifold gauge set to check high and low side pressures it makes it much harder to diagnose. however air and or moisture in the system could cause this as well as a weak compressor. or a partially clogged thermostatic expansion valve. good luck and I hope this helps!!!

My problem is when I am driving the engine heats of and the car dies. It cools down after about 30 mins and starts again but keeps dying on me.

Replace the thermostat and check for leaks also if the antifreeze is old and has a dilluted concentration that can cause this too. You must also check to make sure the electric fan comes on after 10 minutes of running stand and watch to see if the fan comes on after 10-15 min. of runninng if not replace the fan relay switch or the fan temp.sensor.

Blows cool air from air conditioner and engine runs hot

Do both fans on the inside of the radiator turn on when you have the AC on? It could be that the fan connectors were disconnected. you'll find them tucked away on the side of the radiator.
Is it always just cool air or does it get cold when you are driving? if it's always just cool and never really gets cold then you have either lost your freon or you're AC is not pumping freon. unfortunately you have to take it to an AC specialist to solve that and it's not usually cheap.
