The light can come on for a number of reasons. One of which is that the pump is getting worn out. It will run too long trying to maintain the height/pressure setting and overheat which lights up the light. I believe that the light will be lit if it is unable to raise the car to the desired manual height setting for the suspension. These all lead back to the common issues... air bags with small leaks and then a worn out suspension pump.

I did convert air suspension system on my AUDI 2003, and instruction said how to deactivate air suspension leveling light. But after disconnecting the plugs "engine check" warning light come ON. any...

You need to check with dealer to remove fault code for suspension thru 5052 scanner. The system is sending a fault and it eventually ends up in the ECM

Hi, I have a late 2001 Audi Allroad quattro and I'm having a problem troubleshooting the the coolant system...I have replaced a clutch for the fan, checked the coolant type, level and problem...

1- Temperature sensor is the first to be replaced. When it is bad, it generates erratic signals hence the warning is on.
2- Also the bad sensor connector can give this symptom.
3- The heater in the cabin doesn't blow warm air since their is not coolant flowing through the heater coil. this indicates there is a blockage.
4- Has the engine got a new coolant since original one. It needs a complete flush through the heater coil.
5- If you have an overheat then this is a serious problem due to the water jacket gets clogged up. Need a professional shop to fix.
6- If you don't have an overheat problem then just doing # 4 will take care of your problem. Good luck.
