if a standad check cluch switch on pedal if auto check nutral safty switch under dash at colom 4 stering
also check wires 2 starter r tight and clean dose it click if so tap starter it may go but will need 2 replace starter good luck
looking at the steering wheel frome the drivers seat it should be on the lower left hand side of the steering colome pull back on the small handel and it should tilt
Have a fuel pressure gauge hooked to it and see if you are holding good fuel pressure. Even new fuel pumps are bad right out of the box. This will eliminate a fuel problem.
