Yes, fix that ASAP and do not drive the car before you do (or at least not faster than city street speeds. Of course, I kept driving mine for a month of so like that (I was just a kid at the time) and it was very bad. I dealt with it and never died but one time on a ramp going to fast, the car didn;t turn right off and then it over correctewd and went into wicked fishtails and I nearly bought the farm. Somehow I didn;t and didn;t even leave the road or hit anything. But believe you me, I saw my life go by. The lesson being, its hard enough to drive well with a car that acts predicatbley and I was stupid. Don't be like I was.
