Question about BMW X3 Series
If the problem is physically getting the actual door to close the latch could be the issue or its components. It has plastic clips found inside it. If the damage is advanced that the door bounces you may hold the door shut then locking it with the power lock.
If the door physically shuts and stays shut then it may be the console for the power window. You will have to open up the panel to inspect the wiring. You may have to clean out the contacts using electrical contact cleaners.
