Odds are it's from the Security feature. Look at your dash lights and if the security light stays on after 5-10 seconds of putting the key in the on postion (without trying to start) it is a security issue. After leaving the key in the off postion for 5-10 mins you should be able to turn the key to the on position and the security light should go off & thus be able to start your vehicle.
