The bolts next to the trans require you to bend your allen wrench to reach them. Espically when you install the new one. Other than that it is easy.

need to buy a heli-coil kit they come in different sizes. comes with a drill bit to drill out the hole and a threading tool and the coil insert. size it to the original drain plug (buy a new one).

Your cheapest solution is to re-thread your pan and use a bigger plug. Your local shop should be able to do this cheap.
