You can get a kit of cans, leak sealers and refrigerant gas, plus gauges from automotive retailers. 'Freon' was banned years ago, it is RG134a or similar, so best not to say I want some Freon. :>)

SOURCE: need an owners manual for a 2006 volvo xc90,

Ebay is probably your best chance.

There is an online solution:

http://www.volvocars.com/us/tools/OwnersInfo/Pages/VolvoOwners.aspx

Register at Volvo Cars then go to:

"Your Volvo" on the left side of the page. Then in the drop down menu select "search the owners library"

There you can select Owners Manual, Service Schedule etc. etc.

Hope this helps

SOURCE: The 12V outlets aren't working in my 2006 Volvo

HA HA, I JUST had one of these the other day. Its fuse number 11, inside the car over the drivers foot. You will need a torx 25 screwdriver to remove the lower dash panel (2 screws) and then when you look towards the firewall, you will see an array of fuses, it should be fuse #11, a 15a mini fuse. You do have a spare one of these in your drivers side dash fuse holder. This is the plastic cover on the side of your drivers side dash board. It has a finger relief to remove it. use that fuse, then replace it after a trip to the local parts store

HI there #1 before you put freon in did use a vacuum pump and pull too the right vacuum
specification if not you have air in the system.
#2 if you put 4 cans of freon you over charged the system must vehicles a/c systems use 1lp 5oz
you must remove freon first and use vacuum pump and put system in vacuum for abut 1hour
too mack shore system is air and muster free.
ones that is don you can charge system be careful not too over charge OK

Hi, i have message appeared on dashboard volvo v50 2.0d 2005 "engine sistem service required", could you tell me what is that mean. thanks

Millage service message can be reset without dealer tools. However this is an error message. You need diagnostic tool to check the error code. All you can do right now is to enter hidden menu and check which module is reporting issue (DTC code).

How do i put freon in my 2006 lincoln zephyr?

best bet is to verify thats your problem first. Have a shop check it for you. If it doesnt need freon and you add some you will create other issues. Also if you actually lost freon on a car this new then you have a leak somewhere. Anything you do will just cause more freon to leak into the atmosphere which is a major no no in the Automobile industry. If we released freon we would loose our licence.

I need a diagram on how to put freon in a 2006 ford focus

The answer is simple. DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER.
You must be a federally or state licensed a/c person to add freon to any a/c unit. Even the qualified people can not put fluid in unless they can sign off the the unit does not leak. SORRY

I need to add 134 to the system, it's not blowing cold

First of all, you need to check if the belt is tight, if the electric clutch is turing on and off with the switch, and if there are bubbles in the receiver/dryer cylinder sight glass.
If you add so much freon that the pump has liquid in it, it could blow it up.

But you buy freon with a short hose and valve.
Wear eye protection and gloves.
Then you attach the can to the valve on the side with the thick hose.
There will also be a valve on the skinny side hose, but do not attach freon there. That is only for measuring with a gauge.
The open the freon valve and start the engine and AC.
If the can frosts up, you can put it in a bowl of warm water.
Watch the sight glass until the bubbles stop.
Then close the freon valve.
Turn off the engine and AC.
Disconnect freon can.

S40 with 80k- ac sucks!

If you have a leak in the system all the freon would leak out. Purchase a can of leak detector put in engine. Directions on how is on the can. If this shows a leak have lead repaired and new freon added. Could be compressor going out. Bought one on Ebay for $100 vs $300 from Auto Zone.
