Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 10mins. or more before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get rid of the dash lights.
If the problem still persists, I suggest that you take it in to a reputable shop to have it resetted manually.

Millage service message can be reset without dealer tools. However this is an error message. You need diagnostic tool to check the error code. All you can do right now is to enter hidden menu and check which module is reporting issue (DTC code).

It may be time for a tune up for your 9 year old car. You don't state the mileage nor when the last tune up may have been. Rough running can be many things including but certainly not limited to: dirty or poor operating injectors, poor engine timing, dirty air, fuel filters and a host of other items that will be corrected during the course of a normal maintenance tuneup. Please discuss your concerns with your Volvo diesel mechanic.

I have 05 volvo vnl 670, isx cummins 450/500. keeps losing power, check engine ECU comes on knowbody seems to know what it is. they just keep replacing sensors.
I have a 2007 Volvo 670. The check vehicle ecu comes on. The fault code is MID 144 PID 191 FMI 5. THe truck won't go pass 1400 rpm, the speedometer doesn't work, the cruise doesn't work, the engine break doesn't work. I have to turn the truck off going down the road at highway speed for about 10 seconds and it'll go back to normal. Can anybody help?
