Fuel relay(under hood black square, should click when ignition is turn on) fuel lines, fuel filter(under driverside back of door inside frame) or fuel pump on top of tank. I would disconnect the fuel filter on the backside to see if the pump is pumping fuel, if it is then I would hook it back up and remove the front hose on the filter, if fuel is coming through then I would disconnect the line at the engine and check for fuel, hope this helped Tim

After knock sensor install on a 99 Altima it still want star it turns over but nothing any clues as to why

That was a waste of time. The knock sensor's only function is to sense spark knock or internal noise and send a signal to the PCM which retards the ignition timing. It does not effect if the engine gets spark or not.

First you need to determine if your no start condition is fuel related or spark related. If it's spark related, you are going to want to scan the system to avoid swapping parts in the future as it will get quite costly. There are 4 components that will cause a no start condition. One being the cam sensor, the other a crank sensor, (some cars still have coils check for that) and the last an ignition module or ignitor as some cars have. (No spark issues).

If you have a fuel related problem, then you need to trouble shoot the fuel pump to make sure it's working, the filter isn't plugged, or that it isn't pumping too low of pressure to operate the injectors.

Why does my engine turn over fine but not start?

I'd start by listening for the fuel pump (assuming it's injected). You should hear the hum when you turn the key to "On" without cranking.

If that sounds good, I'd start checking for spark.

2002 325xi need help to trouble shoot

it sounds like low fuel pressure. Change fuel filter first then fuel pump if that fails. Misfire could be a coil pack and may not be related.

87 Pathfinder V-6 Engine turns over but does not start.

That could be a few things but we need to find out if it is fuel related or electrical related. A quick way to find out if its fuel related is to spray some starter fluid in the breather for 3 seconds. If it starts and go dead it is fuel related. Do this test a couple of times and you should get the same results. It should runs a few seconds and then go dead.. Fuel related issues means fuel pump and filter needs to be changed. and some times fuel pressure valve. Try this first Good Luck!!!

My 1987 Dodge Raider has been in storage for 4 years. My problem is it will turn over but will not start. However if I pour a little gas down the carburator it cranks right up.Were do I start trouble...

If you know where the fuel line comes into the carburator, disconnect it and try to crank to see if there is fuel coming out, could be the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator or even the fuel pump itself, check the filter first. Good Luck.

87 vw will not start

sounds like the fuel cut off relay. i can remember the number but i think the relay is longer than the others. their contacts go bad and operates intermittently before they die. you can try prying the relay open and clean the contacts, but its better to get a new one and keep it as spare in glove box. i think there are two relays related to fuel, but like i said, this one is maybe a longer(higher) than usual size.
