Question about Ford F-150
Yes, the connector to the instrument panel and/or the dash wiring loom is loose. The dash will have to be dismantled and the loose connector replugged and secured firmly.
Not the easiest operation - to dismantle the dash it's a 5 hour fiddly job, better left to a repair shop.
