A bad fuel pump in your Aurora can keep your engine from receiving fuel or cranking. Replacing a fuel pump is not an easy task and will probably require an hour or two or your time. The Aurora fuel pump is part of the fuel-sending unit assembly, so the entire assembly must be replaced.
Lift the vehicle, lower the fuel tank and remove the sending unit.

Surges are not exactly fuel related so stop spending that money. Have a diagnostic done. Surges are pc related. Faulty info in most cases.

How do i change the fuel filter on 1995 plymouth voyager?

The line is under pressure so be careful when removing the fliter. You should be able to find the fuel pressure test port on the fuel rail under the hood. If you press in the schrader valve it will relieve the fuel pressure in the line and make it less likely to end up in your face when you finally remove the filter.

The filter is located under the vehicle on the passenger side about in the middle.

There will be two short sections of hose on each side of the old filter. Replace those sections of hose. Higher end filters usually come with the hose pieces. Use new fuel hose clamps. They are different than the regular hose clamps and do a much better job of keeping the hoses secure.

Smoke from one exhust pipe and rough idle ,455 v8,changed oil, changed valve cover gaskets and cleaned fuel tank changed fuel fliter, smokes at idle and driving.

The cause may be from worn valve seals on that bank of the engine, and oil enters the combustion chamber fouling the spark plug(s). A Compression test will be needed to verify if it is the seals or piston rings not sealing.
