the TPS is most likely at fault if stalling out
the power steering fluid will have a cap stating for power steering fluid only
10 w 30 is the grade of engine oil
the trans fluid should have a small tee handle in a long tube that pulls straight out to fill with a funnel

5W30 oil. the dash has its own knob for the brightness of the lights. Should be on the left, under the a/c vent.

What kind of oil for a 2004 grand prix

no regular oil will not hurt this car. I highlt recommend using a castrol 5-W30 it is tar based oil rather than wax based and will not clog your engine. You can use synthetic oil which costs much more but it is not necessary.
