Check if the fuse has 12volts going through it when while the switch is on. If it does not have 12 volts on it apply 12volts to that fuse. The lights should work then if it still do not work. Tap a wire to any one of the lights ground wire and connect it to the body, if the lights lit up it was a bad ground.

I am looking for where my horn is located on my 1992 Ford Festiva.

Your horn will be located below the passenger side headlamp mounting bracket. It has a green/red wire running to it. If the wiring is good than check the horn relay (behind left side of the instrument panel) and also fuse labeled STOP (15 amp). If all of this is good than either the horn switch on steering wheel is bad or the horn itself is bad.

We have a 1998 ford festiva trio wb, have lost low beam on headlights, high beam and park work, have done checked connections, lamps, switch mech and continuity of conductors, all appears ok, do you know...

The best place I've found for electrical diagrams is, but it will cost, it's not free. I'm not sure what they charge for this, but it's based on Chilton Manuals, which have electrical diagrams in them.

I can't give it to you for free, even from my online resource, because doesn't seem to copy and paste from that to the website.

Horn on 1994 Ford Econoline does not work It is not the fuse, underhood light on same fuse works.

You have a horn relay that is not functioning. Usually, it is located on the fenderwell nearest the battery. You will see a plug in with three or four wires going to and from it, in direct line with the horn. Follow the wires from the horn and you should be able to locate the relay. Replacement should cost less than twenty bucks.

Horn stopped working and now get airbag light...

I had the same problem in my 98 Dodge Grand Caravan. The problem was the "clock spring" cable in the steering column. A flexible cable connects the horn, air bag, and in my case the cruise control to the rest of the car. Chrysler fixed the problem at no charge. It is a recall item that they will fix if it fails. Ford may possibly do the same thing. I had my car fixed last year.
