The a/c is blowing in the front but not cold air. It blows cold air in the back. 2002 Mercury villager
Sounds like you a have a problem with the blend door. could be a bad blend door motor or something is stuck keeping it from moving.

it needs to have the rear expansion valve to be inspected for metal, if clean repl expansion valve and recharge a/c
