Antifreeze leaking in my 2003 subaru outback

You must have a shop run a cooling system pressure test with a special tool to determine the origin of the leak. It is likely the problem is the water pump

Car is suddenly prone to stalling after being driven for awhile and oil temp light blinks when this happens. Also shifting hard

This really sounds like a vacuum hose got knocked loose. The oil light is not a concern, as you are idling very slowly.... Look for loose, cracked, dislodged hoses and any intake leaks.

Every time I get gas the check engine light comes on in my Subaru Outback 2003

try replacing the gas cap, u may have a leaking pressure relief valve in the cap, this can turn on the check engine light as it is sensing a fuel vapor leak.

My 2003 subaru outback starts cutting out when i turn right and the check engine light starts blinking when i go back straight it stops and the light goes off

Sounds like something is loose. I would check the Electrical connections. If not check the Vacuum lines and intake to Manifold for loose parts or broken lines. I wish you luck and have a good day.
