Those year Honda's were really bad about having problems with the distributors, which has no field serviceable parts and requires replacement of the distributor.

Hm I had a customer come in with that same problem, there vehicle would be fine then all of a sudden it would loose power, but it wouldn't shut off. The problem may be a sensor itself, and in this case it may be a Mass Air Flow Sensor or Air Mass Sensor. This sensor reads the amount of air coming in to the vehicle and sends that information to the computer to determine how much fuel is needed to mix with the air thats coming in for combustion to take place. The main cause of its failure is carbon build up on the acual sensor itself. This sensor is located on the throttle body or near it, but most of the time it is connected to it, a part of it. That may be your problem, but you may want to check fuel pressure as well and knock out the obvious first.

Hope this Helps!

Vw cabrilet cuts out when driving

Hi if your car runs fine from cold and starts fine when cold, but then if it starts playing up when it gets to near running normal temp then this is a good indication that the oxygen sensor is up the shoot and will need replacing.
the reason it points towards this being the fault is that the oxygen sensor only starts to work when it reaches a certain temp so if your car runs fine when cold but plays up when hot or warm then the chances are getting the oxygen sensor (or lambda sensor for its proper name) changed should then solve your problem.

let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Chrysler vehicles often need to be driven between 300 - 500 miles for the control module on the transmission to "learn" your driving habits. Avoid punching the gas or driving very slow, and you should be just fine.

My Audi keeps cutting out!

the problem is in the voltage regulator
IT is probably in the ECM which will require an ECM replacement
get it to an accredited auto electrician for a full check of the charge system to eliminate all faults , fires etc
